Recognition is virtually non-existent, and already overstretched teams are left in permanent crisis mode. Rather than investing in people, the company is obsessed with AI as a means of reducing headcount, ignoring its potential to genuinely enhance services. This fixation has damaged both employee morale and the learner experience, as students are increasingly frustrated by being forced through automated channels when they need human support.
