Thank you for taking the time to share your review. First, we are glad you’re here and glad that you are enjoying our environment and our fantastic team! We do care - and are so happy that you can feel that. Second, the Client Service Management team uses a variety of metrics to measure overall performance for representatives. While it is true that some individual metrics can vary on a day to day basis, the positive progression over time is where the primary focus is. Lastly, we are always working to improve. Some improvements can come fast, but some changes take time to evaluate and implement across the organization.
