Pros
Great work life balance - there is a huge emphasis on not working after hours or on the weekend unless it is due to an issue we caused.
Very friendly people - everyone I have met is very friendly, respectful and super helpful.
Good pay - the compensation is good, but not great, however, there is a bonus available which does help.
Excellent benefits, like unlimited PTO, which they actually do encourage you to take.
Good training and onboarding - there are gaps but I was very impressed with how well they onboarded their staff (sent all of the necessary items, laptop, headphones etc.) and held an open Teams session so that questions could be asked live and shared with the group of new employees.
