You recognize that other teams function well, but it sounds like you had a difficult experience specifically with the team you were on. We have quarterly check-ins with managers, but if you don't feel like you're being heard, reach out to your HR business partners for advice and assistance to get your voice heard at the appropriate level of management. We love innovative ideas. Just like any organization out there, most of our scrum teams are successful, and a few here and there will confront challenges for various reasons. It sounds like you were working on one of our more innovative projects. Getting these right can be challenging, and every decision has to be weighed more carefully because they are more impactful. You're also often building outside the box, and the environment is less mature than that of our more established systems. But this is what it takes to push the envelope. Availity has a culture of innovation. We impose upon ourselves to get out of our comfort zone and constantly explore the latest technologies. It's a way to stay ahead of the competition, invest in our associates, and constantly augment their skills with relevant, diverse technologies such as cloud computing, infrastructure as code, or AI/ML.
