Through Succeed, Availity’s learning platform, you can access the training you need to hone your skills or learn something new. Unfortunately, sometimes people decide to leave Availity. When this happens, we work as a team to maintain business continuity for our clients while we work to refill the role or absorb the responsibilities into other functions. While everyone feels the burden of a vacant position, associates, managers, and HR business partners should work together to develop a plan for the workload and any role adjustments. If this isn’t happening for you, please speak to your manager. It's great to hear your focus on keeping your skills current. We are too!
