      Pros

      You'll find a few, like the annual summer picnics that have gotten less and less enjoyable over the years. Be careful of yours peers because they will help you get fired to make them selves look better.....

      Cons

      Too Many To List.... Reduced Pay to list one drawback. Definately can make more money with other companies in the same industry with same hours.

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
