      Good work life balance, paid holidays and benefits. 20% discount on apartments

      Cons

      Management can be cliquey, vague feedback on performance, management expects you to complete work in an unrealistic time frame, too many training sessions and they change policies too often

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
