Need to heavily transforming and innovate the producttechnology/solution/business model tp stay relevant in this disruptive market Favoritism for people originated from a certain places whom is now leading Avaya top positions outside US, one type of culture is not fit to all , increasing manage by fear and power style had made more and more people do not believe on management capability
