      Pros

      Loved my job, not the company.

      Cons

      To much favoritism toward employees from owners and upper management. NO room for advancement. Hard to get family or vacation time off. Raises are not given out without you asking and fighting for it. Not even cost of living raises!

      Pros

      Stable work environment while on contract, reasonable benefits with high pay for the job. Little office politics to interfere with the work.

      Cons

      Work schedule can conflict with vacation schedule. Unable to take a scheduled vacation three years in a row because of work schedule changes. Upper management will conceal pending layoffs from employees.
