Pros
PICS is growing a ton, which means you work on projects that actually make a difference in customers' lives. It is moving to become the next big thing in the supplier management in the industrial world. There's free food and I worked with smart co-workers for the most part.
Cons
Because they are growing so fast the stress level is high (last year they hired around 50 I think and in that doubled the size of engineering). It's hard to keep focused on the project through completion before there's a new opportunity. The engineers that didn't deliver weren't held accountable, and just complained about management instead of looking at themselves.
