Good team, but short-staffed and unfair pay - Administrator Avison Young Employee Review

8:30-4:30 PM, amazing coworkers with a great culture.

Can be slow some days too.

No surprises really, and ample time to get things done if you are proficient enough in most aspects of the job.

1. The company branding isn't professional enough. 2. No real leadership. Just delegation from higher ups where it feels like no one is really helping you solve the problem. 3. A lot of time wasted on creative meetings that don't give you a better perspective on the companies wants and needs.
