      Pros

      Great staff, work environment and atmosphere. Worked weekends through college and management facilitated any time off required around exams.

      Cons

      The cafe was extremely busy and at times understaffed and breaks were not given until very late in the afternoon. Extra staff would have lessened the stress on staff.

      Cool coworkers that are fun to work with

      unfair pay, almost no communication, I never even got a job description, owner of the company is toxic and intentionally starts rumors so he can trace back to who in the company gossips. very little accountability and no HR.
