      Pros

      Good management who were willing to give responsibility to those who were interested in it. Good working conditions and perks.

      Cons

      There are busy periods and quieter periods so if you are on a part-time contract you may find there are less hours at certain points of the year than others.

      Cool coworkers that are fun to work with

      unfair pay, almost no communication, I never even got a job description, owner of the company is toxic and intentionally starts rumors so he can trace back to who in the company gossips. very little accountability and no HR.
