Out of Touch - Scientist Avodah Employee Review

Talented and respectful team who knows what they are doing. High speed and sometimes hard work. I enjoy a good challenge and the uniqueness of AvodahMed. This is by far my favorite job! I am trusted to do my work and able to bring ideas to the forefront with my team.

So far no cons. I honestly don't have anything to provide here.

The engineers were great to work with. They're keeping the lights on and helping this sinking ship stay afloat.

- Poor direction, priorities constantly changing. - No accountability for toxic workplace gossiping/disrespect, failed deliverables, unclear communication, and poor company direction. - Executives fight like high schoolers instead of accomplishing things. - When the above catches up with the company bottom line without investment, management saves themselves and does mass layoffs (twice now) - No 401k/retirement - No professional development
