Growing, people-centric Company! - Sales Axero Solutions Employee Review

I love working at Axero. The team is incredibly passionate and talented and the environment is a collaborative place where everyone has a say. Employees are empowered to share ideas and move forward with it - and when there's feedback, managers are transparent and professional. Everything is done with a purpose and you're never bogged down with endless calls that take away from productivity. In terms of leadership, they want to hear from employees about ways to improve and actively implement meaningful changes. It's a true breath of fresh air. I could go on about the benefits - 100% remote, great health insurance, unlimited PTO, fair salary, etc. But beyond everything, working with genuinely great people is one of the biggest pros. Everyone puts in the effort, and we celebrate as a team. If you're a driven person who likes working with a team, this is the company for you.

It's really difficult to think of a con. If I had to pin point anything, sometimes it would be nice to have a physical office to go to, but do not get me wrong, Axero has a great setup for remote employees. Everyone is connected and leadership plans team building activities and in person retreats.

Good people (outside of leadership). The concept of the product is good.

Leadership is unprofessional and inexperienced. In the real world those “running” the company would never be in those positions if they had not paid their way into them. Your career and develop are not any area of concern and promotions are not given in a logical sense. Leadership ego is slowly but surely digging this company in a grave.
