Pros

* Work from Home Setup. * Well basically that is the Pros that I can see.

Cons

* Small salary increment that doesn't compensate for the work and dedication that you are doing for the company. * Yearly work evaluation is a joke and nonsense. * HR Department is a joke and sometimes doesn't function to its mandate. There are already cases of bullying, discrimination and racial discrimination filed but I don't see any actions being taken. * Learning Management System (LMS) is nonsense, much better to subscribe to other learning platforms like Pluralsight or Udemy instead of forcibly shoving the current LMS. * Most of the Managers or almost I can say (Those good managers already left) are power trippers, bullies, snobs, and don't care about the welfare of their subordinates. * Setting unrealistic and too-demanding objectives.

Pros

Culture and Work: The environment is culturally diverse, which brings a great variety of perspectives to the team. There is no shortage of exciting, high-impact technical work to dive into. Work-Life Balance: Despite the fast pace and challenging projects, the company maintains a healthy work-life balance and respects personal time. Benefits: The company provides a strong benefits package, including comprehensive health insurance and helpful employee assistance programs. Professional Growth: There is a genuine investment in employee development. Management is supportive of learning and often sponsors professional coursed or industry conferences.

Cons

Currently, there is a lack of permanent remote work options for employees based in India. In the current tech landscape, adopting a more flexible "work from anywhere" policy would be a significant advantage for long-term retention and attracting top talent.
