Pros
Good people, decent salary, good work environment, nice facilities. Bring in breakfast every morning and if you work the weekend, they provide lunch. Team leads are generally very helpful and project managers are always understanding. As with most doc review, it can take several days at the beginning of the project to get it up to speed. Also, they are very upfront about project duration, which I have found is a rare quality among doc review shops.
Cons
Sometimes its hard to get into the work rotation. Recruiters aren't always that responsive when your trying to contact them to get into a project.
