No cons but internal office politices

Decent salary WFH & Flexible Great product Industry events

Not sure where to start but here's some cons I gathered whilst being part of Axtrum (Omnicx Ltd) and BetterCommerce. - No equity - Little respect for team - No positive reinforcement or appreciation - Founder/CEO and Leadership haven't got a clue on sales, marketing or go-to-market strategies. - Late invoices, consistently. - Dishonesty Beware, the founder is a great guy but does not take feedback from anyone, he is impossible to communicate & work with successfully and this shows in the little growth of BetterCommerce since 2018. They also owe outstanding invoices which I've had to proceed with legal action.
