      good learning growth and difficult at times

      Wonderful, helpful colleagues. zero politics and a very friendly environment. got to work on latest technologies. learnt a lot in very short time.

      Cons

      very tight timelines and had to work on lot of weekends. CEO himself writes code in some projects so it becomes difficult some times.

      1. Work culture. From one corner to another, everyone is there to help you. 2 . There are few senior developers there, they have reach the extent of code. Ask them anything, you will get a answer. 3. CEO, I mean he is a great personality. He is brilliant ccoder.Amazing leader and a great human being. He is always there in case you personally need any help. 4. Manager and HR are also there to sought out issues in case you have any. 5. I started as a intern and believe me i didn't know much about coding but now its much better. 6. Annual Trip is amazing and rocking. 7. You are joining a family not a company. 8. There is even office boy who is there when you feel hungry and provides you almost everything in office itself. 9. Two monitors for every individual. This make things quite easy. 10. Cab facility is available. 11. Flexible timings.

      Cons

      Parking is paid. Food in canteen is bit costly (Not much though).

      CEO is very nice with the staff Their nature is excellent Staff is also good Helping nature

      They ruined my saturday and sunday Work life balance is not stable in this company HR is useless
