Pros
- If you find the right team to work with then it's a great experience with ideas jumping off each other - Interesting projects across the Cyber and Finance space - Decent starting salary - Some very intelligent people - Decent work-life balance
Cons
- Projects can sometimes be boring so you have to be lucky to find the interesting ones - Pay progression after following years of work is very slow and almost negligible bonus scheme
