      Very willing to aid development. It is an atmosphere which encourages you to seek out your own development and will give you the tools to do so. Flexible working, very relaxed working atmosphere.

      Cons

      Thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The only con was the recruitment process took a long time, a good few months.
