Pros
Flexibility in schedules and pay seems to be good/fair.
Cons
When we were bought out I had 15 vacation days and 7 sick days. They moved us to a scale of PTO days depending on service years. I saw a reduction in total amount of days. Now without sick days people will be pressured to come to work to not burn 'vacation' time.
