The perks working there are good as the engineering head always go on site afraid of staying back to solve managing problems.

The engineers are always the first to get issues with mgmt on clocking, increment and stuff. If you hold appointment you will be busy with tons if people your manager thrown to you as he/she dont want to manage so many people
