Pros
Salary is reasonable as are the benefits plus the bonus when paid. The pay review was poor (only 3% this year). it is not performance related which is disappointing and very demotivating for those who go the extra mile. An 'us and them' culture.
Cons
Senior management are very old school and 'autocratic'. To be effective you need to take a team with you but the view seems to be they know best and just tell you what to do. Senior management will rarely hear your voice; you're not going to be listened to most of the time.
