Pros
Base pay is a liveable wage, benefits are OK, hours can be flexible but long for the roles, hybrid working an option and able to work at a range of offices over the UK. No high KPI’s or severe micromanaging which makes it fairly stress free.
Cons
Little progression or support in how to do so, too many operational changes being made, anonymous employee surveys never put out
