toxic back office and hr where they best at attacking and laughing recruiter’s work when the recruiting/ sourcing team faced huge challenges due to blind restructuring.
Full of biases as they’ve been always choosing staff to attack ever since the company not doing well. You may blame that all the previous BD, healthcare, IT and government contract recruiter leave your company but don’t you ever think that root problem coming from the management side when almost all the ex-staff left within the same period.
