Run. Management will reach out to you when you've done wrong. Even if you've done well, they will nitpick at what you could do better. Underpaid and undervalued for the work done. Position is similar to a policy analyst that is paid under 20$/hour. New employees are paid more than long term employees. There is no flexibility, management picks your shift.
