The team leads are professional and helpful. Training was pleasant and the work itself is enjoyable.
Cons
Poor leadership practices as managers barely show up at work. Pay and benefits are not as advertised. If you get the benefits, it's out of pocket and you won't be making the salary they claim you will. Basically, you choose, salary or benefits not both.
