Pros
Had good benefits. Decent supply grad program. I learned I had to brown nose a bit and moderately threaten to leave, in order to finally trigger a raise after years of hard work. I can dictate my boss's opinions on strategy because they are clueless.
Cons
Used to employ top quarter, now aspires to top half with a pay model that aligns with lower caliber talent. No direction and only moderate competence of senior mgmt (SLT). Tail wags dog.
