      Some really great colleagues on site Good pay

      Cons

      A culture of bullying and then covering up by HR and management. Not true to their word at all. I found BHP to try and look good in the public eye, but have deep rooted culture issues and bullies as senior management. There is no training or development.

      Leadership in the Tucson office is highly political and unprofessional. Feedback is not given directly. Local leadership is more interested in Linkedin posting and image, rather than anything of substance.
