Pros
Good pay, benefits. Workers are good blokes. Its a job, pays bills. There is light at the end of the tunnel, just where it ends is unknown.
Cons
Hours are long, rosters are all over the place and only changed when the company wanted to save money. Absolute ZERO opportunity to move up. Training Zero again due to budget cuts. Given new contract, no option, everyone lost money, not one leader gave up their coin or Prado. Pretty much a communist dictatorship where if you speak up you get the boot. Leaders are backwards mindset of 1960, no ability to see 2016 business standards, or ethics. Safety has gone to the dogs now money is the priority, we earnt the big dollars in the boom but now times are tougher the company takes from the workers instead of giving. Hugely nepotistic, leaders grill workers should they put a foot wrong but exist in a world of their own making the rules up as they go to suit them. Pressure put on workers to resign and many sacked all to save on redundancies.
