Pros
Interesting, challenging work. Most of the people you work with take an honest days work seriously. The salary is amazing and some of the schedules are pretty nice like three days on and three days off as well as what they call the Texas two step were you get a four day weekend once a month. They also have amazing benefits with gym memberships and the like through the insurance.
Cons
This company is not very gender or racial neutral. I had a ton of issues that stemmed from my race and my gender not to mention the fact that I was hired in at the corporate office and not from the field. If you are female be prepared to be in the fight of your life not only to keep your job but to be respected as a part of the team. You will be ostracized, set up to fail, and even human resources will not assist you as they should. When I finally left the relief I felt was overwhelming.
