      Pros

      When they say they are a family, they mean that. I have worked for corporations all my life but this is the first time one made me feel valued as an employee.

      Pros

      Relatively relaxed coworkers, however this is mostly because the talent pool at this company is pretty mediocre.

      Cons

      None of your coworkers will be particularly impressive people. Management has way too much red tape to let you actually accomplish anything, and they will outright lie to you if it benefits them.
