Pros

Nobody cares what you do, managers don't have the backbone to address issues. HR is useless and very linear so people gets away with doing very little work. If you like doing the bear minimum for small salary this is the company for you. Mostly hires locals from Bracknell with no formal education or qualifications.

Cons

Hybrid is very much imbalanced - most managers do not allow their staff to work from home. Pays very little. Very backwarded organisation. Hires anything that can blink and say yes and no. Gossipy and nasty work culture. There is no diversity it is mostly white and male dominated - Directors are all white. People tend to stay for a very long time but no career progression. Those leave are back within a year - as they cannot deal with normal working environment - HR is always happy to take them back becuase the job would be still open due to company hiring issues.

Pros

Some talented and hardworking colleagues who genuinely care about doing a good job. A few pockets of collaboration remain despite the challenging culture.

Cons

The organisation suffers from poor leadership and a toxic culture driven from the top. Decisions are often based on personal preference rather than merit or business need. Long-serving and knowledgeable employees have been pushed out, while friends of senior leaders are hired into highly paid roles without the required experience. Employees are frequently treated disrespectfully, with little to no regard for professional boundaries or wellbeing. Constructive feedback is not welcomed, and those who challenge poor behaviour are often marginalised or pushed out. The CEO is Lisa Ashworth!!!

Pros

Everyone was fairly friendly and easy-going to work with.

Cons

The company's recent reorganisation and recruiting choices have been poor lately hence the decision to leave before the ship sinks altogether. Many employees feel this way and are plotting their routes to escape.
