Pros
- Great team - Non judgemental (clothing choices, sexuality, piercings/tattoos, etc...) - Different departments (opportunities for new learning)
Cons
- Bad management (critical of work they never/very rarely participate in and have limited knowledge of) - Restrictive (hard to branch out once you've been selected by a team and become too valuable to lose) - Low pay (basically minimum wage) - Lack of future prospects (not many transferable skills outside of more QC work) - A puppet controlled by an often misinformed, non-caring puppeteer with too much power to pull the strings - Repetitive, often strenuous work with a false facade of workplace safety that often can't be implemented as this lowers work output and that is always number one priority - Those trained have all the power while those starting out have no say in anything and often are at the mercy of those above them
