      Pros

      Great benefits, good pay, good students to work.

      Cons

      Leadership and direction was very disappointing when it wasn't completely absent. Department Director devised schemes to lay off the older employees (I was not one of them). Instead of finding ways to improve workflows, Director decided to lay most people off and start over when by my observation, he was the primary reason for the problems.

      There's a big space for creativity to develop.

      It's fast paced which can be hard if you're not on top of things.

      Pros

      The people who work there are truly amazing. They've created a fun and friendly culture. Everyone is really good at what they do. The designers have been there for a long time and know everything about their craft. Everyone is dedicated and passionate about what they do. They have a bunch of fun projects going on. Such a blast to be there.

      Cons

      They were undergoing some restructuring which was kind of confusing. Sometimes we started projects and clients would change their mind or back out which was kind of annoying, but that's just the nature of the marketing business.
