I was brought in one time for an interview, and was offered a job that day. I accepted a day later. We had a one on one discussion, looked over my resume, asked a handful of questions.

They were very prompt in responding to my interest in working with them, and we set up and interview for the next week.

Interview
Friendly and fun. They cared more about the person I was and what I could do than my skill level. They knew they could teach the skills if necessary, but not the design eye. It was a 1 on 1 interview in a room with just us. She wanted me to feel as comfortable as possible and to really get to know me and what I could do.
