I’ve had a really positive experience working at BabelQuest. The company has a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture, where people are approachable and always willing to help each other out. There’s a strong sense of teamwork across departments, which makes even the busiest periods feel manageable. One of the standout aspects for me is the people. Everyone brings a great attitude, and there’s a real effort made to recognise contributions and celebrate successes. Leadership is approachable and open, and there’s a clear focus on doing things the right way — both for clients and employees. The role itself is varied and keeps you on your toes, which I really enjoy. There’s plenty of opportunity to get involved in different areas, take ownership, and develop your skills. I’ve been able to build my knowledge and confidence, particularly in finance processes and systems. The company also puts effort into maintaining a positive working environment, with regular team sessions, knowledge sharing, and a bit of fun along the way, which makes a big difference.
