      Pros

      Lots of food, people and culture are great, some opportunity of growth.

      Cons

      HR is a joke. They have openly admitted that they are only looking out for the company, not the employees. Don't get injured here or else HR will make you feel it is your fault. Pay is not competitive at all and the bonuses are a joke.

      Pros

      Good pay, great colleagues, and firm job security in this booming peptide market.

      Cons

      The HR, Facilities and Safety managers are terrible, and could not care less about employees and their safety. The company constantly drops the ball on production deadlines, I would not be surprised if Bachem is dropped as a vendor by pharmaceutical manufacturers.
