Friendly atmosphere but improvements needed in compensation structure - Solutions Architect Backbase Employee Review

One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.
