      If you like to challenge your skills, Backbase is the right working environment for you. They are innovative and not afraid to make bold decisions.

      Cons

      Striving for new frontiers and being innovative sometimes has the downside of creating breaking changes and broken upgrade paths. Technical Writers need more support within the company to help existing customers.

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Cons

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
