Retail - Sales Associate/Cashier Barksdale AFB Employee Review

I loved my time working with 2MDG of BAFB for 2 years. I enjoyed my work and the people I worked with. Learned so much to get me to where I am right now.

There was not really any cons for me. If it were not for the need to move to another state due to my husband's job, I would still be working here.

Barksdale AFB is a high tempo base. where you can really be challenged to the best of your abilities. Lots of room to grow and excel with leadership and management.

A downside to Barksdale would be that the high tempo could be over whelming to somebody that might not have the right skill set necessary to learn quickly or without some management skills. If you don't have those skill there are many of places and programs on base to work on those skills.
