Pros

Great people, and lots of opportunity to learn about technology.

Cons

Difficult customers (the demographic customer base is those that are technology challenged, and you're to coach these customers to use this technology, which can be very frustrating for both parties.) Little to no room for advancement. They don't pay well, and I never received a raise after working for them for over two years. Layoffs a week before Christmas. Constant change, with little to no communication of why, and leadership that has no set direction. It felt like a lot of movement that never really went anywhere.

Friendly and attentive management who will talk to you like a person, not as an underling.

Technology Advisors are all located in the U.S., which many customers value for communication and trust.

Cons

People who already know basic troubleshooting may not see enough value to justify the cost of the service.
