A great company with with an awesome mission and some seriously bad leadership - Research Leader Battelle Employee Review

Absolutely the wrong people in charge!!! Every time I tell someone who I work for, I have to explain the company. This is really sad for a multi-billion dollar company with a 90-year history. Poor communication with ZERO transparency! An underlying belief that “We’re Battelle, so we deserve it.” This makes losing work due to high costs so hard, because the leadership never expects it.
