Good wage. Varied job. A good first step in to the animal charity sector. Good health benefits and pension. Hang out with dogs every day. The satisfaction of being part of rehoming dogs and cats. Friendly, helpful colleagues.

Cons

The site is quite remote, down narrow, single track country roads at some points. Management focus more on negative rather than positive reinforcement. You need to learn quickly as they can recruit very easily to this role.
