      Individual teams are amazing. People work hard and truly care about the mission.

      Upper management constantly questions the work people are doing. It's never enough and they just keep adding more work with no additional staff.

      Able to think strategically and work with other intelligent individuals to solve real-world issues with healthcare.

      Cons

      We are going back in-office; I prefer to work remotely and tend to get more done when not travelling to/from the office.
