We know that the scale-up space can be extremely challenging so we know how important it is to create an environment with awesome benefits and work/life balance in order for our team to thrive. 2023 was a tough year for a lot of reasons, both in the tech sector and HR in particular but we’re feeling super confident heading into 2025 about the growth of the industry and Beamery itself. We’ve had to evolve consistently to keep up with the ongoing changes in the space and this has naturally led to some changes in our strategy, we’ll try and be even more about this in the future.
