The company’s reputation within Ireland is already rock bottom and continues to decline. Culture is toxic — there is zero trust, and morale across the team is consistently low. Incredibly high staff turnover for a reason — most people don’t last long. HR and management are unprofessional and inconsistent, promising one thing at recruitment and changing it once you join. UK management are completely out of touch with the Irish market and make decisions without understanding the reality on the ground.
