Pros

Good pay, plenty of interesting exciting work. Travel overseas. 'Big Tim' (Bell) loyal character and renowned throughout the city, media and PR-land for being a smart operator.

Cons

At the senior level the company is awash with misfits, not just ordinary misfits, but actual sociopaths. Many of whom have been at the firm for years. Chaotic organisational structure - very little actual leadership, and not much interference. Poor clients tend to take pot luck when they hire BP.

Pros

Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. Great work environment. While I interned there, I worked with some great, big name clients on great projects as well.

Cons

Some days I was super busy and then there were other days where I had nothing to work on. Sometimes I was stuck doing pointless tasks, like looking up restaurants for client meetings. Overall though, I enjoyed my experience with the company.

Pros

Great exposure to a variety of clients, a lot of responsibility and even the chance to directly pitch media instead of just reporting. I also had some great coaches!

Cons

Very fast paced, so be ready to roll up your sleeves, ask questions and stay late. But IMHO it's worth it.
