Pros

Rewarding work helping out customers with problems in the field, installing new service lines, troubleshooting equipment errors loved every minute of the physical part of it aswell as dealing with people of various character each day in your runs is a plus too.

Cons

Management asks but does not listen. becomes irritating having to repeat the same answer over and over. Old unreliable systems get in the way of progress, for a tech company of the big 2 i expected more in that department, like it's 2001.. Lack of emphasis on quality and more about how many corners can you cut. Management tries to shove 2 hour jobs in 45min before the end of your day 2 hours away from home, so prepare many days for your work/life balance to be interrupted, aswell as being stuck at regular part time for entry into the company. they will not decisively tell you if your working until 14 hours before your shift, 4 or 5pm usually. So while you don't get enough hours you are unable to promise any hours to another employer to fill these gaps as they are always tentatively working on your schedule.
